Tosi Wholesale Marketplace Resale Policy

As a condition of purchasing products from Tosi Wholesale under wholesale terms, you agree to the following:

1. Authorized Sales Channels
   Wholesale products purchased from Tosi Wholesale are intended solely for resale through your own physical retail locations and/or your own direct-to-consumer eCommerce websites that you own and operate.

2. Prohibited Third-Party Marketplaces
   You may not list, market, advertise, or resell Tosi Wholesale products on any third-party marketplace without prior written consent. This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Amazon (all marketplaces and seller accounts)

   • Walmart Marketplace

   • eBay

   • Target Plus

   • Other comparable online marketplaces or unauthorized sales platforms.

3. No Diversion or Unauthorized Distribution
   Products may not be sold or transferred to any other wholesaler, distributor, or third party for the purpose of resale. All wholesale purchases must be for your own retail operations only.

4. Enforcement & Consequences
   Tosi Wholesale reserves the right to take immediate action in the event of a violation of this policy, including but not limited to:

   • Revocation of wholesale account and purchasing privileges

   • Refusal or cancellation of current and future orders

   • Legal action to enforce our intellectual property rights and protect our brand.

5. Acknowledgment of Agreement
   By placing a wholesale order with Tosi Wholesale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Wholesale Marketplace Resale Policy.
